There are a number of ways you can get involved with the music life of the City Church

If you enjoy singing quality music why not join the Cornerstone Chamber Choir, Cornerstone Church Choir or Cornerstone Childrens Choir/Young Voices? (see below)

The Chamber Choir perform three or four major works a year.  The Choir meet to rehearse on Sunday evenings (7.30 -10.00) at MK City Church. Our last performance was Mozart: Mass in C minor and Mozart Vespers performed with Mozart Piano Concerto in D minor (soloist: Craig Greene) on Sunday 21st January 2018.

We are currently rehearsing Verdi: Requiem for performance later this year. 

The Cornerstone Church Choir sing services regularly at the City Church including Sunday morning Eucharist and monthly Choral Evensongs, with a full range of musical settings.  They also sing at Cathedrals around the country including Ely, Winchester, Hereford and Gloucester. The Choir rehearse on Friday evenings (8.00 - 10.15) at the City Church.

Cornerstone Children's Choir/ Cornerstone Young Voices (senior singers) The Choir is open to children aged 6 to 18. It meets on Fridays in the Small Hall at the Cornerstone between 6.30 and 7.45. They sing at various services and perform in concerts throughout the year.

There are opportunities to help in other ways; for example, stewarding at concerts, distributing publicity or assisting with administrative work.
